DELIXIN-LOK Hydraulic Tube Fittings are precision-engineered compression fittings manufactured in accordance with DIN 2353 and ISO 8434-1 standards. These fittings are designed to provide reliable, leak-resistant tube connections for hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial fluid-handling systems operating under low, medium and high-pressure conditions.
The fittings are available in LL Series (Low Pressure), L Series (Medium Pressure) and S Series (Heavy/High Pressure). The LL Series is available in sizes from 4LL to 12LL, the L Series from 6L to 42L, and the S Series from 6S to 38S. Depending on the fitting design, tube size, material, temperature and operating conditions, the typical working-pressure range is up to 100 bar for LL Series, 100500 bar for L Series, and 200800 bar for S Series. Final working pressure must always be confirmed according to the specific fitting type, tube dimensions and applicable standard.
DELIXIN-LOK Hydraulic Tube Fittings can be manufactured from Carbon Steel, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L and 316Ti (1.4571), Brass, Copper, Aluminium, Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Alloy 20, 904L, 6Mo and Titanium. Depending on the size and configuration, fitting bodies are produced from precision-machined bar stock or forged material.
Available connection configurations include tube-to-tube, tube-to-male thread, tube-to-female thread, tube-to-butt weld, tube-to-socket weld, tube-to-JIC 37 flare, tube-to-24 cone, tube-to-swivel end and tube-to-adjustable standpipe. Weld-nipple connections are also available with male thread, female thread, butt-weld, socket-weld, 24 cone, 37 JIC and swivel-end configurations.
The complete fitting assembly may include a body, compression nut, cutting ring, O-ring, bonded/Dowty seal, ED seal or copper sealing washer, depending on the selected connection. Standard sealing materials include NBR, FKM/Viton and PTFE. Typical seal temperature ranges are approximately 35C to +100C for NBR, 25C to +200C for FKM/Viton, and 60C to +240C for PTFE. Actual temperature suitability depends on the seal grade, fluid compatibility, pressure and application conditions.
Carbon-steel fittings are available with protective surface treatments such as trivalent zinc plating, yellow passivation and black-phosphate coating. Stainless-steel fittings can be supplied with an export-quality bright finish, shot-blasted finish, passivated finish or electropolished finish, subject to customer requirements.
Typical material temperature ranges are approximately 40C to +120C for carbon steel, 60C to +400C for stainless steel, and 60C to +175C for brass. These values are general material limits; the allowable operating temperature of a complete assembly may be restricted by the sealing material, plating, tube material, pressure and service medium.

Typical material specifications include ASTM A276 and ASTM A182 for stainless-steel components; ASTM A108 and ASTM A105, JIS G4051 grades S20C/S45C and JIS G3201 grade SF440A for steel components; and ASTM B16 UNS C36000, ASTM B283 Alloy C37700, and JIS H3250 grades C3604/C3771 for brass components. Material specifications may vary depending on component type, manufacturing method and customer-approved requirements.
DELIXIN-LOK fittings are designed as equivalent/interchangeable solutions for commonly specified hydraulic fitting systems such as Parker, HY-LOK, DK-LOK, STAUFF, HYDAC and VOSS, subject to dimensional, pressure, material and thread verification before installation.
